SoundCard name: No Sound card, using an external audio interface this seems to bypass the launcher all together.
P.s It may also be worth noting, that the launcher itself also freezes upon start up, and the only way I am able to even get the game started is to copy the 'Fallout4.exe' file, rename the original to 'Fallou4Launcher.exe' and delete the original launcher. Running the game in Windowed Borderless Mode and 1080, neither worked. Clean install of up-to-date Graphic drivers I have tried the below to combat this, all being unsuccessful so far: I repeat, currently this is a completely vanilla install of the game, and the issue still arises. There was one occasion where I was able to reach the vault door to exit vault 111 however the game once again froze, and will not load that save. The reason I make a new post for this, as apposed to looking at other previous ones created, is that nearly all the other issues involving this were due to mods, however I have tried both with mods, and a clean, mod free install. I am unable to complete the character creation process, and in the event I go with the default characters and skip the creation or editing process, the game will freeze and then CTD after a minute or two. Been having this problem since I got the game a few days ago.
